i stayed in a superior double or twin room and it was gorgeous! the bed was so comfortable i never wanted to leave it (i even considered taking the pillows home with me!). the staff let me leave my bag at reception after i checked out. this meant i could explore some more before heading home.
i was a bit frustrated because there weren't any coffee or tea facilities in the room. i asked for some water and was given a big bottle. i didn't know it would cost 9 euro! i had to pay 18 euro for two bottles which i thought was a bit much.

this hotel location rocks, plenty restaurants are nearby. shops, and museums are so close! two metro stops are also nearby. the rooms design is super attractive and areas for everyone. we arrived early and got into our room right away. bed was comfortable, bathroom had good size. it was really very quiet.
mini bar is really pricey and the room was little small. the breakfast was basic.

the location is good. the staff were friendly and helpful . the quality of the interior decor were really good. fabric covered walls were visible, and high quality heavy curtains were used.
breakfast felt very basic. the omelette was not what i expect for a 4 star hotel at the price point. the bar closed early at 11pm, so i could not get a late drink unless i used the expensive mini bar.

the hotel provided a clean space with comfortable beds and effective sound proofing. the french decor added charm, all employees proved both friendly and helpful . i found breakfast to be delicious.
i found that the rooms were overly hot. i had little control over the heating system which was inconvenient. the lack of a decent sized water glass was an issue.

The breakfast room felt cramped. The buffet setup seemed haphazard within that small space. Eggs lacked flavor. Croissants seemed of inferior quality. I expect better from a hotel in this category.
